Shadow is what is known as a "true breeding sire". This means that he will improve the mares that he's bred to, producing foals that are superior to their parents. He is genetically prepotent for producing total athletes with great minds, bodies, legs, heads and long slender necks. He is a very smooth mover and sweeps lightly over the ground with just a whisper of sound. Shadow has produced many World & Reserve World Champions, ROMs, Superior Performance, and multiple Futurity Winners. His babies are winning in many different disciplines, not just one, and that is ultimately what the American Quarter Horse was bred to do.
