SKIPSTERS BID 1979 AQHA, PHBA, Foundation Line-bred "Skipper" Palomino Stallion AQHA Champion and World Champion Producer

Bid has 57 Grands and Reserves and is an AQHA Champion and World Champion Producer.  This horse achieved his AQHA Championship in a matter of weeks and has ROMs in Halter, Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle and Reining.  His sire, Skipster's Lad, was 1974 World Champion 3-Year Old Halter Stallion, an AQHA Champion and AQHA Supior Halter Horse. with ROM's in both Halter and Arena.  Bid's dam, Skip's Beauty, earned an ROM in Western Pleasure and was a daughter of Hank Weiscamp's Legendary Sire,  SKIP'?S BID.  This grand old man is still siring a limited amount of foals and will be offered to one outside mare per year at Private Treaty, no shipped semen.  The oldest daughters we have of his were five this spring, 2003, and most had their first foals by our big-ol' line-bred chestnut stallion, SKIPS CHANTACLEER.  The mares were bred back this year to Array N Gold for 2004 foals.  You may see some of these 2003 foals on "Chant's" page.
